Membership Sales Associate

Join HOTWORX Davie (University Dr. & Griffin) Team! We are a 24-Hour Infrared Fitness Studio!!! The first ever implementation of 3-dimensional training. We combine Heat (dimension 1), Infrared Energy (dimension 2) & Exercise (dimension 3) to help members flush toxins, tone up, and torch calories. Our studio offers 24-hour access to unlimited sessions ranging from HOT Yoga, to Hot Cycle, Hot Buns and more. Our exclusive workouts are led by a virtual instructor in a semiprivate environment, suitable for all fitness levels to give members MORE WORKOUT IN LESS TIME!

Membership Sales Associates must be prepared for an exciting opportunity with unlimited earning potential while helping the community burn massive amounts of calories!

PAY & Commission:

Flat Salary

$13 - $15/ hour

Commission

Up to $500 EFT increase = 15% commission on total collected at point of sale (including joining fee and prorated dues)

-Over $500 EFT increase = 30% commission on total collected at point of sale (including joining fee and prorated dues)

Membership & Package Sales/Paid in Full ( PIF): 10% commission on collected payments for 12 months PIF - 5% commission on collected payments for 6 months PIF

Monthly Bonus Profile: Based on personal sales for the month

Retail:

$1000-$1999 individual Retails sales=10% commission

$2000-$2999 individual retail sales=11% commission

$3000- or more individual retail sales=15% commission

Benefits & Perks:

Free studio membership - Quarterly staff gathering outside of studio. Trip incentive. Daily incentive when goal are met.

HOURS: Morning shift 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Afternoon shift 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM

2.Showing up daily on time with the mindset to execute every job duty and function with absolute Enthusiasm.

3.Always providing superior service to members by creating a positive and motivating environment

4. Working as a team player to help grow the member base of the studio through sales, onboarding new members and superior customer service to keep long term members.

5. Performing various tasks to promote the HOTWORX brand and services in the community including doing outreach to prospective members by phone, text, email and talking with prospects at local events.

Utilizing social media and all other marketing and advertising media to engage members and the community and to help grow the member base and brand awareness daily

Completing all required training both online and in person as required by owners, to ensure you have all the tools needed to be successful.
